What our Customers are saying
My first time renting I was a bit apprehensive but Olivia and Hannah are always super helpful and nothing is ever too much of an ask! Lovely properties with attention to detail when renovating.
★★★★★ Charleigh Arnold
Honestly the best people I have ever rented off. Nothing is too much and when something needs doing it gets done! Literally the day I moved in something quite substantial needed doing and I was abit worried as I had only just started renting off them but it wasn’t any trouble and the job got done promptly. Their prices are fair and they’re only a phone call or email away, the team are so friendly and helpful. Thank you for making renting life easy!

Such great service from higher up properties!
Special mention to Hayley who has been superb in her communication and action after my home had a leak. Beautiful new carpets have been laid. I didn't mind what colour but Hayley
reassured me that it's my home and I had a choice, which I feel was very thoughtful. I have rented for almost ten years but just one year with higher up properties, and I cannot recommend them enough. They really care about their tenants and do everything they can to fix an issue in swift time. Thank you!

Amazing service in the 2 years I’ve been with higher up properties!
Just want to say that Hayley has been amazing since joining the team. Always checking in to see how I’m getting on and really cares about the tenants. Any issues or questions she’s always there straight away with care and reassurance. I have just had a baby and Hayley has been so supportive keeping me at ease and letting me know if there’s anything they can do as landlords they will. Just feels like such bespoke care it’s great! Highly recommend! Thank you!
