Tanner Street, Under Renovation

Coming Soon to Rent - Under Renovation

Available from January 2025.

A two bedroom property situated on one of the best streets in Liversedge? Welcome to the Higher Up family, Tanner Street!

Tanner Street is the most recent addition to the Higher Up Portfolio and it is welcomed with open arms, we know it is going to be a fantastic one to let! As always, there are works to be done to make it fit the Higher Up Standard and like all of our properties we aim higher!

We are experts at property renovations and each property is planned from start to finish on the day that we collect the keys. Some projects require more work than others but with our expertise we are confident that each house meets its maximum potential. We focus on making each property 'more home and less house' and think practically when it comes to layout, storage and design to create a home that we are proud to market. Since receiving the keys we have ripped out all of the existing fixtures and we now have a clean slate to begin building the property back up.

This week we also met with our kitchen designers to discuss plans for the open plan living kitchen area. We discuss with the planner our thoughts and ideas to come up with a kitchen that makes the most of the available space and looks good too. Below, the image shows the plan for our kitchen. We are feeling a bold colour for the kitchen, with boldness there is greatness!

We are at the stage of a blank canvas for Tanner Street and works to come include a rewire, replaster, fitting a new kitchen, new bathroom, new flooring, decoration, new guttering and a garden tidy.

My favourite thing about this new property is the garden space, as the property is an end terrace it benefits from a large corner garden perfect for relaxing!

We look forward to presenting Tanner Street to the market as of next year. If your new years resolution is moving to a Higher Up property, follow our journey!

Higher Up Team!
